Testimony of John Whyte

I had dealt with Ray Coleman from 2005-2012 importing 3 dogs from him and two litters totaling 10 CRK dogs, During that time I had a significant amount of money vested in dogs that were to be imported. my story is far too long to share here. What is important to understand is that CRK is able to spin a tale on a 6 pence. One minuet you will think he is thieving your money and not sending the dog, the next he has you thinking he is a good guy and that he will right any wrongs with a offer of better or more.
to cut a very long story short, In the end I lost Thousands of Dollars dealing with Ray Coleman and would never recommend him to anyone, he is a conning thief. here are only a few of the issues I had with Coleman.

1) In 2008 I paid $2500 for first pick Female from Rhino x Red Hot, Coleman hid first pick from me and sent me a Deaf dog at a cost at a finial cost of $6000

2) in 2010 Ray Coleman sent me a scared, skittish adult female for my breeding program at a cost of $6000

3) in 2011 Ray Coleman, cost me $1800 in a lost deposit on a quarentine kennel because he ignored my calls

4) In 2012 I sent Ray Coleman FG's LadyBug of WKA to be bred to CRK's Holy Bull 'DIABLO' and paid $1500 for stud fee $500 for blood work and $2950 for her flight. He didnt send my pregnant bicth and kept my litter and sold them at a flee market.

5) In 2012 I sent Ray Coleman $5000 for first pick male out of CRK's Holy Bull 'DIABLO' ex CRK's Black Justice II 'OREO'. I spoke with Coleman on a daily basis for many months regarding the dog. I purchased this puppy which I named ANGUS for one reason to add a top quality male to my program. In essence I waited 5 years to sought out the best possible male that would match my breeding program. This male was Angus whom for many months I planned future breedings. I waited 10 long months for Angus, paid for his bloodwork, shipping and vet treatment. You see the reason I had to wait so long for the dog was because Coleman was "too busy" or "His eye is infected and we have to wait until it has healed". Coleman knew my dog Angus would add exactly what i needed to my program, In the end I was Railroaded, and forced to leave the ABBA, Ray Coleman kept my money but worst of all worked with a UK breeder to steal the dog which would be used in a breeding program on my own soil! the UK!
Since then I have fought to expose the ABBA as a terribly organised unprofessional registry. Due to this Ray Coleman, in a last ditch effort slandered my name to divert the exposure.
